7-YR-OLD JACK, W/ BRAIN CANCER, SCORES TOUCHDOWN FOR NEBR HUSKERS

How's this for heartwarming! - from Jack Hoffman, a 7 year old boy with brain cancer, and Rex Burkhead and the Nebraska Huskers, who have "adopted" Jack.

Watch Jack score a 69-yard touchdown with the Huskers - before a roaring crowd of 60,000!

Jack is an ardent Huskers fan, was befriended by Burkhead last year - and invited to participate for the Reds in their annual spring game on Saturday.

Jack is battling brain cancer, was diagnosed two years ago, has had two surgeries, and is amidst of 60-week course of chemotherapy.

On Saturday, there he was, on the field, playing with men twice his weight, many times his age and weight - and made the moves (with a bit of help!) to score an impressive 69 yard touchdown, in the fourth quarter!

"Huskers fans have been so been so incredible to Jack and our family," says Jack's dad, Andy.

"It felt awesome," said Jack, later. "Really awesome."

For us, too, Jack!
