Pumpkin-shaped Sourdough Bread
The pumpkin-shaped sourdough has been pretty popular on social media. It’s such a creative take on a sourdough boule.
In this video, I will show how I shaped my sourdough boule into the trending pumpkin-shaped bread.
Tips:
- I used cotton yan and dipped in oil then extracted the excess oil.
- While the bread is still warm, I removed the yarn and make a small hole on the top for the cinnamon stick.
