Before you phone Cadent out!!

I've had this happen a few times now and its always on a really hot sunny day. I'm doing my let by test and the pressure is increasing. I phone Cadent. They come out and then ask if I ldf the ecv. I say no and they said I should of as the ecv is not letting by. They then go on to say, was the sun directly on your u gauge as this can affect the test. It was. I will always ldf in the future which I should of been doing anyway....
