Best liquor Banana Pudding Cake

I had a few difficulties while making this video but it was fun to experiment again.

Recipe for Banana Pudding Cake

2 cups of granulated sugar
3 cups of cake flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon for salt
12 tablespoon of unstaled butter (1 1/2 stick of unsalted butter) Room Temperature 🌡
2 teaspoon of lemon 🍋 juice (1 lemon squeezed)
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs 🥚
1 1/2 cup of buttermilk
1/2 cup of liquor
1 box of vanilla cream

*** PREHEAT 350
***Mix all dry ingredients cake flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, box of vanilla cream.
**** In another bowl add butter by mixing first then eggs, lemon juice, dry ingredients with buttermilk mix. Then add 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (DONT FORGET), liquor.

***PUT IN OVEN FOR 25-35 MINUTES. USE TOOTHPICK TO SEE IF CAKE IS DONE IF NOT ADD 5 MORE MINUTES.

FOR PUDDING

**Follow directions on box and then add some whipped cream to mix.

FOR ICING

6 cups of Confectioner sugar
2 sticks of unsalted butter
2 teaspoon of vinalle extract
1 tablespoon of liquor
4-5 tablespoon of heavy cream

you can adjust the recipe of icing to the way you like it. you can play around with icing but don't add to much heavy cream. if you don't want to add heavy cream you can just do the liquor but 4-5 tablespoons and 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract without the heavy cream.
