Van Life Kitchen - Solar Powered Induction Cook Top

If you're wondering how cooking works off of a van solar setup, give this video a watch. We chose to go the induction route rather than use a propane-based stove, simply because we didn't want propane to be the thing that would bring us out of the woods and back into town. For us, it is working pretty well, but we also use two 100W solar panels and a Goal Zero Yeti 3000 portable generator. This video will show you how long we cook on average, and how much you can expect that to drain your batteries (if you have 2 lithium ions).
