Beef Green Beans Stir Fry

For Marinate
1 lbs. bottom round steak
1 tbsp garlic
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper

1 small onion diced
1 inch ginger sliced
2 garlic cloves minced
1 lbs. green beans
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp maggi seasoning
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup water add 1 tbsp flour to thicken the sauce
dash of black pepper
