Forward Roll On The Gymnastic Rings Tutorial | Ring Strength Basics

Want to learn a forward roll on the gymnastic rings? A ring muscle-up would be optimal, but some basic ring strength would be enough already. In this tutorial I will guide you through the step-by-step process on learning your first ring forward roll. The ring forward roll is a common element within strength training and often used in creating ring routines alongside the skin the cat, the ring-muscle-up or the shoulder stand.
