Are the U.S. Marshals Hiring Under Schedule B Authority?

A few people have asked me if the Marshals are hiring under Schedule B authority. Most dont know what Schedule B is or the difference between Competitive and Excepted Service. This video explains the differences between competitive and excepted service, the different schedules and why the USMS is now hiring under Schedule B.
