Interview with Maya Gerasimova of NU Health, Bulgaria, who will be exhibiting on Stand 730 at SNACKEX 2019 in Barcelona.

Maya is the Sales and Marketing Director of NuHealth JSC. They use whole grain brown rice as a base for their snacks because it has been proven to be one of the healthiest grains rich in fiber, selenium, group B vitamins, and with no gluten.
