Watch a Scotty Kilmer video wtih me and actually learn something! It is SHOCKING what a mechanic of 56 years doesn't know about the rotary engine, and you should be SHOCKED to learn nearly everything he says is wrong!

1. The "weird engine" is a LiquidPiston rotary engine. Had never seen one until it was pointed out to me. Still dumb to show it in a Mazda Rotary video.

2. The airplane "rotary" refers to the style of radial piston engine where the pistons and crankshaft are stationary and the crankcase rotates. I've always heard those referred to as "radial" engines but terms and vocabulary can vary.
