Ep. 12 | Kruger National Park - SKUKUZA in Summer | Lions at Dawn

Summer safaris in Kruger National Park never fail to surprise. In this episode, we start the day with a pride of lions near Lower Sabie – a sighting that every safari traveler dreams of. Hyenas patrol the riverbed, a large buffalo herd comes down to drink, and playful vervet monkeys and baboons remind us that even the smaller encounters are part of the magic of a South African safari.

We stop at the famous Lower Sabie rest camp for coffee, cross paths with elephants and impalas, and even witness the tense atmosphere when predators and scavengers share the same area. Back at camp, the day ends with an unexpected visitor – a puff adder reminding us that in the bush, wildlife is everywhere.
