Ducati Diavel V4 RS is a new, limited-edition performance cruiser motorcycle for the 2026 model year, featuring the powerful, race-derived 1103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine. It is notable for being the fastest-accelerating production Ducati ever made, capable of going from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 2.5 seconds. 

Key Features and Specifications

The Diavel V4 RS combines aggressive design with high-performance components inherited from Ducati's sport bikes, such as the Panigale V4. 

Engine: It uses the 1103 cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine (from the Panigale V4), which produces 182 hp at 11,750 rpm and 89 lb-ft of torque at 9,500 rpm. This is a 14 hp increase over the standard Diavel V4's V4 Granturismo engine.

Performance: The counter-rotating crankshaft reduces the gyroscopic effect for better handling, a feature borrowed from MotoGP bikes.

Exclusivity: It is available as a numbered version, with the model number displayed on an aluminum plate on the rear cylinder head.

Weight Reduction: Extensive use of carbon fiber components (fenders, tank covers, flyscreen, clutch cover) and a lithium-ion battery contributes to a weight saving of approximately 6.6 lbs (3 kg) compared to the standard Diavel V4.

Suspension & Brakes: It features fully adjustable Öhlins suspension and a braking system (330 mm discs and Brembo Stylema calipers at the front) derived from the Panigale V4.

Electronics: The advanced electronics suite includes four Riding Modes (Race, Sport, Touring, and Wet), multiple Power Modes, Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC), Bosch Cornering ABS, and Ducati Power Launch (DPL).

Aesthetics: It features a multiplate dry clutch with an unmistakable sound and an iconic four-exit exhaust with titanium end caps. It comes with both single-seat and two-seat tail sections as standard equipment. 

Availability

The 2026 Ducati Diavel V4 RS is expected to arrive in European dealerships in December 2025, and in the United States in January 2026.
