.On June 15, 2022, the first intelligent electric SUV based on the second-generation technology platform NT2, the NIO ES7, was officially launched, and the starting price of the standard battery pack version was $70,000; the long-endurance battery pack version started from $78,500 yuan; and the First-Launch version was $81,800 yuan. Deliveries are expected to begin on August 28, 2022.
The NIO ES7 is a model developed based on the global market and priced uniformly around the world. Its benchmark models in product positioning are the Porsche Cayenne and the BMW X5.
The dimensions of the NIO ES7 are 4912mm long, 1987mm wide, 1720mm high and 2960mm wheelbase.
It is equipped with a front 180 kW permanent magnet motor and a rear 300 kW induction motor, with a maximum power of 480 kW (652 hp), a peak torque of 850 N·m, and an acceleration of 3.9 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.
Nio's concept in vehicle intelligence is based on the development direction of "software-defined cars", starting from the 15-year life cycle of a car and the interests of users, so that each generation of models has the possibility of iterative upgrading for as long as possible.
