Good Documentation Practices vs Data Integrity

This training session will take you through the difference between good documentation practices and data integrity requirements. Further some practical examples will be discussed to understand the hairline difference between these both the concepts. The purpose of this training session is to make aware that no one should directly jump in to conclusion for simple observations to Data integrity observations. Further the data integrity observations should not be considered simple. Due to this problem only, many companies are getting observations and warning letters.
