BQ26.2 WK26/40 Marathon Training - Personal Best with Consistent Cadence and Stride

Despite reduced load to help with runner's knee, I had yet another personal best with my tempo and 12x400m repeats. Like and sub for a weekly update where a regular 48 years old man trying to qualify for a marathon marathon going from 5::33 to 3:05!
