Away from this Arpi Petrosyan is a fascinating subject to interview.

She’s a trained classical opera talent- but with a unique contralto voice. She really knows how to use it and control it.

Yes, she can sing opera, but she also has a great love and appreciation for Jazz.

Listening to the music on her extremely popular YouTube channel, one can definitely hear her being a contemporary version of Astrid Gilberto- that Girl From Ipanema who recorded such music with Brazilian artists like Gilberto Gil and Antonio Carlos Jobim.

Married, she and her family live in war torn Armenia. Her mother is an established folk singer in her mother country.

Arpi is open to embracing everything that might come her way- films, music with artists from around the world.

Maybe there could be a musical project with Julia Roberts? We never asked her that question. But it would definitely make for something helluva interesting...
