This is Video 4 of 22 in a Series in which I discuss the different pieces of equipment you'll want to invest in when you start homebrewing.

In this video I discuss using a beer thief to collect a sample of beer from your carboy. Again, if you are using a carboy with a spigot you won't need to use one of these.

There are a lot of starter kits out there that cover the basics, some are good and some just plain suck. That's why I put together this video series to quickly get you up to speed on what you really need to start brewing, as well as some upgrades you'll want to consider that will make your home brewing experience a whole lot easier.

All of these videos are from my original website Home Brew Videos, which has now grown into our new website Lots Of Head. Please note this was the first series of videos I shot, so the equipment was pretty crappy and my lighting isn't great, but the quality improved greatly in later videos.
