The Trieste Opicina tramway: will it ever run again?

The unique Trieste Opicina tramway that turns into a funicular railway on route, has not been in service since 2016. But, some of its handsome cars and one of the cable tractors that was used to push the cars up towards Villa Opicina, are on display along the line. Will it ever run again? x
