Bad Combo: A baby, a balloon, and a bulldog.

One would think after his third time of "letting" his BFF, Milton the bulldog, pop his ballon, that he wouldn't give him another one to pop. That definitely wasn't the case here. It's amazing how quickly a toddler can go from joy to a hysterical cry in just a few seconds. Bad bulldog.
