INGREDIENTS:
FOR DOUGH:
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1.5 cup
* Salt (नमक) - some
* Carom seeds (अजवाइन) - 1/2 tsp
* Water (पानी) - as required
FOR FILLING:
* Oil (तेल) - 2 tsp
* Cumin (जीरा) - 1 tsp
* Fennel seeds (सौंफ) - 1 tsp
* Coriander seeds (सूखा धनिया) - 1 tsp
* Asafoetida (हींग) - some
* Ginger (अदरक) - some
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - some
* Onion (प्याज) - 1 medium size
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 2 tbsp
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - less than 1/2 tsp
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - as per taste
* Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) - 1/4 tsp
* Dried Fenugreek Leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - some
* Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - some
* Potato (आलू) - 3 medium size
* Ghee/Oil/Butter(घी/तेल/मक्खन) - as required
RECIPE:
Take some Wheat Flour in a bowl. Put some Salt, Carom Seeds, and bind the soft dough by adding water in it. Apply some oil on the dough and make it smooth. Keep it for rest by covering it.
For the filling, take a pan, put some Oil and coarsely ground spices like Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds and Coriander Seeds in it and then put some Asafoetida, keep the flame slow and roast them. Put some finely chopped Ginger, Green Chilies, Onion, and some Gram Flour in it and roast them on a slow flame for 3-4 mins. Then put some Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Mango Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Dried Fenugreek Leaves and Coriander Leaves and roast them all for a min.
Then put some boiled and grated Potatoes in it and mix them all. In this way, a filling will get ready. Keep it aside for cooling down.
Take a dough ball, wrap it in Wheat Flour and roll it. Apply some Oil on it and put the filling in it and fold it properly. Press it with hands and roll it.
Then you can roast it on Tawa by apply Ghee/Oil on it and serve it.
For Frozen Parantha, roast the Parantha on the Tawa without applying Ghee/Oil on it then cut it in pieces. Keep it for cooling down and put it in the zip lock packets and keep it in the freezer for long time use and you can shallow fry them on the Tawa in Ghee/Oil.
In this way, very tasty Aloo Parantha and Frozen Parantha will get ready.

RECIPE:
Take some Wheat Flour in a bowl. Put some Salt, Carom Seeds, and bind the soft dough by adding water in it. Apply some oil on the dough and make it smooth. Keep it for rest by covering it.
For the filling, take a pan, put some Oil and coarsely ground spices like Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds and Coriander Seeds in it and then put some Asafoetida, keep the flame slow and roast them. Put some finely chopped Ginger, Green Chilies, Onion, and some Gram Flour in it and roast them on a slow flame for 3-4 mins.
