Taiwan carries out evacuation drills over China threat

China is warning it will take what it calls "forceful measures" if the speaker of the United States House of Representatives visits Taiwan next month.
The warning coincides with annual evacuation drills in Taiwan, when people in towns and cities prepare for air raids by China.
