Taliban negotiator Shahabuddin Delawar arrives at the Sheraton Grand Doha hotel in Qatar for the signature of a long-sought deal between Washington and the Taliban that would see the two foes agree to the withdrawal of thousands of US troops from Afghanistan in return for insurgent guarantees.
