How to re-grease AF Nikkor 85mm 1:1.8

In this video I will show you how you can in an easy way, re-grease AF Nikkor 85mm 1:1.8.

I use Isopropylalcohol 99% to clean the focus helicoids and then re-frease with the "10 helicoid grease, it works really great, the lens is now smooth and with no noise when focusing.
