I was lost in addiction for 10 years.
Trying to think my way out of pain.
But the mind is where the ego hides.

And what I’ve learned is this—
So much of our pain doesn’t even start in our lifetime.
It starts in the womb.
From our mother’s stress.
From the energy around us before we even had words.

And yet, now I see...
Healing doesn’t come from figuring it all out.
It comes from remembering who we really are beneath it all.
