Martin SC-13E guitar acoustic sound demo in Stageshop

The Martin SC-13E is a super comfortable, easy to play acoustic guitar made in the Mexican factory of Martin Guitars. This guitar has the newest innovations of Martin as like the patented Sure Align® neck system, gives you full access to all frets so you can comfortably reach those high notes. It’s also equipped with a new, low-profile velocity neck barrel that ergonomically accommodates your hand as you move up the neck, giving you the comfort and playability of an electric guitar. It was designed from the ground up to be plugged in, and its asymmetrical body shape provides balanced output, giving you more gain before feedback. In this video demo we captured the acoustic sound of the guitar and we do not use the built-in pickup.

The guitar played by Ernő Galambos (CEO) in Stageshop. Sound and video recorded by Ákos Hegyessy. We used Middle-Side microphone recording technique with a Neumann KM 184 at centre and Austrian Audio OC818 for the stereo ambient sides. The recording chain is UAD Apollo X4 mic preamp and AD converter and ProTools DAW. No EQ or any effects used on the recording.
