BEST Gua Baos at Tonghua Night Market in Taipei 🇹🇼

Let's eat at Tonghua Night Market! If you love braised pork or pork in general, this spot has a really good gua bao that's LOADED up!

I went with the lean pork this time because I had to lose weight for my marathon but I'm going back for the fatty pork for sure next time. If you don't like cilantro, you can ask them to not put it in but no sauces or anything needed, the pork is so juicy and flavorful and the bun isn't dry at all!
