We talk about the world of dating apps, how height factors into what single women find attractive in a man, and what they’ve learned in the dating world.

There are a lot of stereotypes and assumptions about height differences in dating. Do women have a height requirement? Do girls only swipe on taller men? Will short guys approach taller girls? Is the Napoleon complex a real thing? Do short guys feel the need to compensate for their short height? Does height contribute social anxiety? Should you list your height on dating apps?

Hot Seat is a new series that Alexa and I are doing to help us all heal and overcome the insecurities, fears, and anxieties that keep us from becoming the people we really want to be.
