These blueberry grading machines can also be used in a double configuration to double the capacity (see last photo).

How it works:
The blueberries are transported via an infeed conveyor to a camera system, where they are inspected for color and
possible defects. These grading criteria can be easily adjusted via the touchscreen control panel. Subsequently,
deviating berries are automatically separated: defective berries and berries that do not meet the preset color
requirements are discharged via separate conveyor belts.

The berries that meet the predefined specifications are then directed to the jets for firmness grading. Using air
pressure, berries that still do not meet the requirements are precisely removed and blown onto the rejection conveyor.
Ultimately, only the berries that meet all criteria reach the inspection conveyor, where a final manual check can be
performed. This ensures that only top-quality blueberries remain.
