Road Rage 1 (details in the description) - No sound

This video was taken in Miami, Florida on January 14, 2022 at approximately 10:10am. Unfortunately, the microphone on the dash cam was off.

The incident
I turned left from Bird Road (42nd street) north into SW 137th court. The posted speed limit was 30 mph. I maintained that speed and noticed a red BMW Z3 ahead that was driving about 20 mph with the driver looking at the houses in the area. I slowed down as I approached him. He waved for me to pass him which I could have easily done if he had slowed down further or if we were further back since I needed to turn right at the intersection ahead and had little room to pass him, stop and turn safely. I pointed to myself and gestured my intention to go around him and turn right ahead. This is when he became angry. I can only guess he misinterpreted my communication and started flaying his arms before pulling off to the side of the road. I then passed him as he continued to throw a tantrum. At the intersection I turned right into SW 38 Street. I then heard him speed up behind me and then stopped as he recklessly cut me off. He stopped his car and stepped out yelling and hurling obscenities. I pointed to the dash cam so that he has aware that he was being recorded to which he replied, "I don't give a f----!". Worried that he would get violent, I backed up my car to put distance between us and let him continue to vent. He continued and concluded by tossing the energy drink in his hand on the ground before returning to his car to drive away.

I share this video for a two reasons:
1) In order for the public to be aware of and avoid this individual.
2) In the hopes that by sharing this the same individual will realize that he was wrong, apologizes, and seeks anger management counseling.
