How much does it costs?

Each white mark costs around 1 SEK ($0,08)! And each meter of the ViaTherm thermoplastic material road marking lines costs around 70 SEK ($7) / Meter (10 feet)!

In this project they used a new thermal material called HotMix.

The material is supplied ready to use without the admixture of any other component.

HotMix quickly hardens after application, thereby minimizing traffic disturbance.

Neither the organic pigments nor the other components of ViaTherm or HotMix thermoplastic road marking are harmful to the environment.

Thermoplastic HotMix material at 200 Degree C being used for road marking lines for cars and pedestrians, project in Stockholm-Sweden!

These two truck drivers are amazing and perform a great teamwork everyday across the city in order to keep a high standard of traffic security.

Most of the projects starts after midnight or during vacation period so there are less traffic on roads.

To keep the roads and traffic secure is one of the most expensive
tasks for the tax payer in Sweden.

One of the latest major advancements in truck-mounted striper technology is the data acquisition systems, or paint and bead monitoring systems.

Data acquisition systems give the truckdriver and operator a real-time readout of what he's putting down, as far as gallons of paint being applied per mile and glass beads per gallon of paint.

The information is presented as a graph on a computer screen or a series of lights on a display, with green meaning you're on target and red meaning you have to adjust your system to reach your application goals.

This GPS command system keeps the truck at straight line, position, control and speed.

Data acquisition systems can help contractors and government agencies alike save money and create a quality stripe for the end customer.

- Replacing old and damaged asphalt with new one at both side of the road (each side with 2 lanes).

- Old asphalt transports away and became new asphalt. It will either be bring back here and reuses in this project or will be use somewhere else in upcoming projects.

- Street and road asphalt paving, and road construction with 3 layers of expensive and durable asphalt!

- Installation of 4 traffic light sensors at 4 locations with different distance to each traffic light and cross road, using DIMAS FS 400 CS saw.
