In the short period of about one month fire blight spread through my orchard and took out about 9 of the 18 new fruit trees I planted this spring right before it rained consistently for about a month.

How to treat fire blight on apple, pear and peach trees: spray with fungicide, prune diseased branches off with sanitized clippers, potentially remove and burn diseased fruit trees.
