Chicken macaroni salad, SIMPOL!

2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked & chilled
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
Black pepper
1 whole red onion
2 tbsp celery
1 small carrot, diced & boiled
4 tbsp pickle relish
1/2 cup sweet ham, diced
1 cup chicken shredded
1 cup pineapple tidbits
3 tbsp raisins (optional)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, diced
