Dekatra Lapaeva Dance Expressionism

A little bit about this:
It was recorded last spring.
One sunny beautiful day Mariya Chaykovskaya sent me demo of her new song, I happened to be at the studio and while listening to it felt the impulse to just feel, move and improvise.
Many months later this beautiful song got released into the the world and I tried later to consciously build a choreo to it but I couldn’t reproduce again same feelings and momentum that happened to me right then when I embodied the song at first.
Sometime ago I explored my creativity further by putting the video together in this format.
Those that understand the lyrics might be able to make a deeper sense of it.
The song is titled “First Spring” and is about soul craving for the time where “love would know better than us” (line translated)
It is about desire to reunite, to be happy again and not wanting to know pain, about awaiting for someone special that will evolve again alike a first spring and make one alike an ice tenderly melt in their hands.
