Oakley Wave of the Winter Documentary (2014) | Pipeline and Kelly Slater

The Oakley Wave of the Winter is a one-of-a-kind event which rewards the surfer who successfully rides the single best wave during the winter season on Hawaii's North Shore.

This past year, 11-time World Champion Kelly Slater continued his dominance at Pipeline, taking both the $25,000 Wave of the Winter crown as well as the $20,000 Overall Performance Award.

Aside from documenting Slater's accomplishments, this film spotlights every notable wave ridden during the entire North Shore winter and is loaded with insights from some of the world's best surfers.
