Why She Quit Beachbody- The Truth

I love YouTube. It’s an awesome way for me to share health tips, education on important topics and is a phenomenal platform to share helpful resources with the world. Unfortunately, for the last year this video keeps popping up with my videos that an individual posted titled- “Why I quit Beachbody- The truth!”.
So, today, I decided to watch it. And I took notes. I am not a representative from Beachbody corporate, I’m not getting “paid” to do this video, I just wanted to address some of the information in her video that was inaccurate. I’m not sure the background of the individual who made the other “vlog” but I have quite an extensive background in the health & wellness industry. I hope this helps clear up the confusion for some of you looking for clarity behind what it really means to be a Beachbody coach and why some people do quit. ❤️
