An egg cracks open. Another Leviathan is born - a baby dragon. What or whether there is a gender - unknown. Powers - unknown, FATE - UNKNOWN (well, not really).
The early game as with all Leviathan builds the focus is on survival. All is good because we've got great damage through Vortex. All burn mods leading to Purification improve upon these two factors, so naturally, we rush towards acquiring them. Rapid Reconstruction makes life easier - the sooner, the better.
Next, begin working towards Rancor and Singular Strike. After this point, it's time to focus on the Wild mods - lots of them. So far the direction of the build can be easily controlled but not it's time we let the RNG do its thing. Who knows what new powers are bestowed upon thee dragon. When nothing useful - including Outrage Module, Phantom Strike, Grandeur, Obsession, Evolutionary Niche, Bravado, Chaotic Ambition, Heavy Caliber, Propulsive Munitions, Masochism, Defiance, Quantum Decoherence, Hypermetabolism, Rampage - then get Strafe, +blast radius and +rate of fire mods. There is a crazy amount of useful Wild Mods to be considered so the build can go into many directions depending on what you can find.
In case you need Dying Star, be sure to stack more self-damage resistance from Wild mods, 1 or 2 Hypermetabolism. And It's still questionable in my opinion if it's worth it. If you are focusing heavily on the Vortex, might as well... One of the main reasons behind the anticlimactic end of this run was probably getting Dying Star.
In conclusion - the dragon's roar is really about the Vortex but it all depends on luck. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that Phantom Strike and Outrage Module empowered attacks straight-up fire a well-charged Vortex instantly. At least it seemed like.
Because this run can go into so many different directions I decided not to become too obsessed with only 1 version and try to get it right, but rather showcase and inspire you to try these yourself.
