The Great One Jaguar is finally here in theHunter: Call of the Wild, and in this video I’m breaking down everything I’ve learned so far about hunting jaguars on the brand-new Intisuyu Peru Hunting Reserve.

This is my early guide for anyone starting the Great One Jaguar grind. I show the best jaguar hotspots, where I’ve been finding the most jaguars, how they move along the coast and rivers, and what I think may be the best way to start setting up your grind. I also go over the jaguar hotspot map, jaguar drink areas, possible grinding strategies, diamond rating info, and what to watch out for when these cats go aggressive.

The Great One Jaguar grind may be one of the hardest grinds we’ve had in COTW so far. Jaguars seem to move around a lot, and from what I’ve seen, they can bounce between zones along the coast, rivers, and smaller lakes. I also talk about using tents, feeders, moving females, shooting males for respawns, and whether running the coast may be the best early method.

In this hunt, I also run into some crazy jaguar action, including aggressive attacks, close-range encounters, and even a cool melanistic/uncommon jaguar while gathering footage for the guide.
