How to Partition a HDD / SSD in macOS

In today's lesson, you will learn how to partition a hard drive in macOS.
Launch Finder. Select ‘Applications’ from the left side list. Look for ‘Disk Utility’. Click on it to open.
Select the hard drive form the left side list. Click on ‘Partition’ at the top of the window. Name the new drive. Set the size of the disk. Click on ‘Apply’. Click on ‘Partition’ in the pop-up window. Click on ‘Continue’ in the pop-up window. Wait until is done. Click on ‘Done’.
