Dremel Flex Shaft Installation

This is a beginners guide to how to install the Dremel flex shaft 225. I am attaching it to a Dremel 4000. According to dremel this method also works for the Dremel 100, 200, 275, 285, 300, 395, 398, 400, 800, 3000, 4000, 4300, 8100, 8200, 8220.
