RV Sidewall Water Damage...What Did We Find?

So this is going to have to be a series again and I am sorry. A viewer contacted me about her 2006 Winnebago Journey with delaminating sidewall. She had already had the wall repaired a few months ago, but it failed again. I did advise against the cost to risk benefits but she really did not like the look of the bubbling sidewall.
In this first part, Chad and I will tear the sidewall down and make some assesments as to what the repair will be and what we can do.
