SK11ボール盤の購入しDIYがより便利になりましたが、さらに使い勝手を良くするために、ボール盤用のワークテーブルを製作しました。

今回の動画は３部作の最終盤である完成編となっており、前回に続き組み立てや塗装、そして実際に使ってみた結果も含んだ完成動画になります。

まだ＃１、＃２を見ていない方は、そちらもぜひご視聴ください。

前編には、このテーブルに必要不可欠のＴスロットを作りました。

後編はそこに取り付けるクランプや集塵機を接続できるフェンスを製作していますが、このＴスロットのうっかりミスがあり難題が降りかかりました。
今回は、このミスした部分の解決作業も動画にしています。

また、こうした木屑が出る工具を使う際に必要な集塵機にも対応していますので、実際の吸い込む感じもわかる部分も動画にしていますので、興味のある方は是非参考にして下さい。

このワークテーブルは、高価なＴスロットやホールドダウンクランプなどを買わず、材料も端材を使用していますので、かかった費用は金具類だけでだいたい2000円前後ぐらいの安価でできました。

I bought the SK11 drilling machine and DIY became convenient, but I made a work table for the drilling machine to make it even easier to use.

This video is the final version of the trilogy and will be a complete video that includes the results of assembly, painting and actual use, following the previous video.

If you haven't watched # 1 and # 2 yet, please watch them.

In the first part, I made the T-slot that is indispensable for this table.
In the second half, I made a fence to connect the clamp and the dust collector, but there was a mistake in this T-slot part, and a difficult problem occurred.
This video also includes a part to solve this mistake.

Also, since it is compatible with the dust collector required when using a tool that discharges such wood chips, there are parts where you can see the actual suction feeling, so please refer to it if you are interested.

This work table is made of scrap without the purchase of expensive T-slots or hold-down clamps, so the metal fittings alone cost about 2,000 yen (about US $ 20).
