My Garmin vivofit 4 died... It was provided as part of a life insurance program that tracks my fitness to reduce my premiums. The program now offers only Apple Watch (Series 3, SE or Series 6) for a replacement. Based on the analysis in this video, I show you why in this program the Apple Watch Series 3 and 6 are better choices than the SE. Obviously, without the program incentives, it is a different trade-off between features and costs. As a first-time Apple Watch user, not knowing my activity level and whether I will reach "free" status every month, and prioritizing affordability over style and function, the Series 3 was my preference.
