‘Rex Heuermann will be held responsible’ for Gilgo Beach murders: Prosecutor

New York Suffolk County D.A. Ray Tierney held a news conference after convicted Gilgo Beach killer Rex Heuermann pleaded guilty to eight murders between 1993 and 2011. “We mourn the loss of these victims,” Tierney said. “Without them, this defendant would have never been brought to justice and would still be walking amongst us.”
