In today's video, we will decipher the possibility of two Tropical Storms forming in the Caribbean back to back and heading either into the Gulf of Mexico or up the East Coast of the US after forming. First storm if forms would be Tropical Storm Gamma and the second storm would be Tropical Storm Delta.
