With a gold medal in Mathematics from IIT, Bombay, India, Khurshed is a faculty of The Art of Living founded by His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. According to Bawa he thought it is better to teach people how to breathe and make them happy than teach them Mathematics and make them miserable. :)
