Scallop flipping over!

Scallops swim! This video shows a live scallop flipping over. Scallops have a white side and a brown side. The brown side is usually up so they can blend in with the sand beneath them. If they are put down with the white side up, they will flip themselves over! When the scallop is out of the water you can see glowing blue dots inside its shell. Those are actually its eyes!

In the background there are some white sea urchins. They have put shells on top of themselves for protection from the sun. These white sea urchins can get sun burned and die!
