2026年「臺灣美食國際巡迴講座」及「臺灣'好食X華語好學國際巡迴講座」

為輔助海外僑營餐飲業發展，並藉由美食軟實力，深耕臺灣外交觀光與文化影響力，僑委會自2010年起辦理「臺灣美食國際巡迴講座」，結合海外各地主流活動宣傳臺灣美食，增進臺灣與世界的連結，吸引更多海外朋友來臺灣觀光！ 2026年持續推動「臺灣美食國際巡迴講座」，今年首度於歐美地區舉辦臺灣好食 X 華語好學國際巡迴講座，盼以美食享宴提升華語文推廣成效。今年共規劃9條路線巡迴全球18個國家，僑委會網羅18位臺灣各地餐飲菁英擔任主廚，本支影片將介紹各路線主廚及展示菜色。
To support the development of overseas compatriot restaurants and promote Taiwanese cuisine on the international stage—showcasing the soft power of Taiwan's culinary culture and serving multiple purposes such as strengthening Taiwan's diplomacy, tourism, and cultural exchange, as well as enhancing global visibility—the Overseas Community Affairs Council, R.O.C. (TAIWAN) has organized the "International Tour of Taiwan Gourmet Cuisine" since 2010. By aligning with major overseas events, this initiative helps promote Taiwanese cuisine and strengthen connections between Taiwan and the world, attracting more international friends to visit Taiwan. In 2026, "International Tour of Taiwan Gourmet Cuisine" continues to move forward. This year, for the first time, the “International Tour of Taiwan Eats X Mandarin Learing”will be held in Europe and North America, with the hope of enhancing the promotion of Mandarin learning through the enjoyment of Taiwanese cuisine. This year, a total of nine tour routes are planned across 18 countries worldwide. The OCAC has invited 18 outstanding culinary professionals from across Taiwan to serve as featured chefs. This video will introduce the chefs for each tour route and showcase their signature dishes.
