Kabir stressed that the only way to attain God was through the path of Bhakti. Intense love and devotion would surely lead one to the ultimate attainment of Godhood. Total submission at His feet helps one to reach him and this should be the ultimate goal of all was what Kabir emphasized. For this no rituals or ceremonies were needed, only purity of heart and unflinching devotion, were the two essentials. Hence Kabir advised his followers to attain Godhood through the path of Bhakti.

In this beautiful composition, Kabir advises us, the seekers, to do what we must as early as possible, we shan't wait for some miracle to happen, we should take the path to enlightenment and start immersing ourselves in the essence of Bhakti.

This jewel of human birth is received by only the very fortunate ones. We stumbled our ways through 84 lakh lives. This time, we finally got golden chance. Recite, meditate, chant, fast or pray! Walk the path of the six philosophies.

But still we don’t know the Truth beyond all. We're lost, drowning in delusions. Some say the Lord dwells in heavens, some say in the land of holy cows. Some people advocates that he lives in the city of Shiva. In every age, they set up their misleading shops! The fool says Hari is far away. The wise one says that he resides very close to our hearts.

Kabir's true Guru gave him a priceless sign. Every breath is the path to Hari! He found Jiya Ram, his complete Guru. He chants a chantless chant. Says Bana Nath, listen seekers: My true guru is calling out to me! Do what you must, oh seekers!

Rajasthan Kabir Yatra is a 7 days-long annual travelling folk music festival spread across six rural and urban locations in and around Rajasthan. Organised by Lokayan, Bikaner and partnered with Rajasthan Police, this is a folk festival providing a space where folk musicians, artists, scholars, students and seekers can immerse themselves in the voices of Bhakti and Sufi saint-poets such as Kabir, Mira, Bulleh Shah, and many more, questioning and dissolving boundaries of caste, class, religion and identity.

The five editions, in 2012, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 were widely chronicled and appreciated. It brought together 50 artists, over 400 Yatris every year from other parts of India, and thousands of local audiences.
