Sgt. Brent Maxey, an 18-year veteran of the Portland Police Bureau currently assigned to patrol at Central Precinct, sat down with KGW to give his take on the ongoing nightly protests in his city.
He doesn’t normally talk to reporters, but he said “I want people to hear the truth.”
