HARDCORE HAMSTRING DAY WITH THE PROS
Today we hit a hamstring based leg day. We started with calves and then moved into several (3) hamstring curl movements all of which had their own variation of an intensity technique. After those movements we moved on to leg press. We structure this on purpose so that our bodies are all warmed up and ready to go for our all out movement. After hitting some heavy sets on leg press we moved into some necessary adductor work that is often neglected and then finished by stretching our hamstrings out with stiff leg deadlifts. Now that we are in our growing season and are heavier we tend to get intense back pumps from this movement hence the reason it comes last. Without attention to exercise order we wouldn’t be able to get the most out of our training sessions. If you have any questions or video topic suggestions leave them in the comments below.
